Alexis has spent 8 years in early childhood education as both a classroom teacher and a center director — so she's planned the year from every seat in the building, not just from a spreadsheet.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Teacher's Certification from Temple University, along with her Director's Credential from Eastern University. Through Leaps Above Consulting, she helps childcare owners and directors build the systems and plans that let their centers run on purpose, not on scramble.

What if I can't be there for all or part of the workshop?
You'll get the most out of this by being on the call live — that's where the guided work time and real-time help happen, so you leave with your plan actually finished. But life happens, so every registrant gets the full replay, even if you miss part or all of it.
Do I need to bring anything?
It helps to have your current enrollment numbers, last year's calendar (if you have one), and any big known dates for your center already in mind. Nothing formal — just what's already in your head.
Is this only for owners, or can directors join too?

I've never done "strategic planning" before. Is that a problem?
Not at all. The framework is taught from scratch and built specifically for how a childcare year actually runs — no business degree required.
