Thank you for choosing Leaps Above Consulting. We are committed to providing high-quality consulting services and digital resources to support childcare programs working to improve quality and advance within Keystone STARS.
Please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing.
1. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital downloads (including templates, toolkits, checklists, guides, and other electronic resources):
All digital product sales are final.
Once a product has been delivered or accessed, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not permitted.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact us at leapsaboveconsulting@gmail.com, and we will ensure you receive the product.
2. Consulting & Coaching Services
Deposits
If a deposit is required to secure consulting or training services:
Deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits may be applied to a rescheduled date if proper notice is provided (see below).
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least [48 hours] in advance.
Sessions canceled with proper notice may be rescheduled once.
Cancellations made with less than required notice may result in forfeiture of payment.
No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will result in forfeiture of payment.
3. Staff Trainings & Workshops
For on-site or virtual staff trainings:
Cancellations must be made at least [7 days] prior to the scheduled training for a partial refund (excluding deposit if applicable).
Cancellations made within 7 days may result in forfeiture of payment.
Travel expenses (if applicable) are non-refundable once booked.
Rescheduling may be available based on calendar availability.
4. Service Satisfaction
We are committed to delivering high-value services. If you are dissatisfied with a consulting session, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment so we can address your concerns.
While we cannot guarantee specific outcomes (including STAR level advancement), we strive to ensure you receive clear guidance and actionable strategies.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us to resolve an issue first may result in termination of services and restriction from future purchases.
We encourage open communication to resolve any concerns promptly.
