What if I need more support than what's in the Core plan?
That's completely normal — every center is different. There are optional add-ons available (things like budget review, tuition and billing management, or parent communication support) for an additional monthly cost. We'll talk through what your center actually needs on our call, and you'll never be signed up for anything beyond the Core without that conversation first.
How is this different from hiring a part-time Director?
A part-time hire still means payroll, benefits, training, and management on your end. The Virtual Director gives you experienced, director-level support without adding a salary to your books or a new person to manage.
Do you really come to my center in person?
