1 on 1 Coaching (Star 1 to Star 2)

This personalized coaching program is designed for daycare owners and directors who want dedicated, one-on-one support to successfully move from Star 1 to Star 2. You’ll receive individualized guidance tailored to your specific program, policies, staff structure, and compliance needs.
We move at your pace. While most centers complete the process in approximately 6 months, the timeline is flexible based on your schedule and implementation speed. Whether you move faster or need additional time, your investment remains the same — the price does not change, no matter how long it takes to get you fully prepared for submission.

Bi-Weekly Check-In Meetings (Zoom)
Each check-in involves a progress review, barrier breakdowns, future action steps, and direct implementation coaching. Meetings are scheduled at your convenience. (If preferred, meetings can be scheduled monthly instead.)Action Assignments

If you’re ready to strengthen your program quality, improve documentation, and confidently meet Star 2 requirements, this program walks you through the entire process from start to finish.
You’ll work alongside no more than 5 other like-minded daycare owners/directors, creating a focused, collaborative environment where everyone is working toward the same goal. Together, you’ll build accountability, share insights, and stay motivated throughout the journey.
Limited Enrollment + Limited Availability
This group consultation is offered only twice per year — January and July — and space is intentionally limited to maintain a high level of personalized support.
